An ex professional rugby union player lucky enough to have represented North Yorkshire, Yorkshire, England, Leicester Tigers and Wetherby!! Anyone that knows James understands that rugby and property are his passions.

Having worked in the Yorkshire property industry since 2005 and have developed long lasting customer relationships through trust, honesty and an unrivalled service he hopes to ‘change the game’ with James Black Homes.

Mortgage Advice Bureau Bingley (formerly Mortgage Q) was born in April 2001 and was the brainchild of Andrew Milnes, spotting a gap in the market for high quality advice specific to house purchases Andrew used the experience he had gained working with a major lender and numerous Estate Agents to tailor a service that to this day he believes in unrivalled.

Mortgage Advice Bureau Bingley now has a team of 9 advisors and 5 administrators and covers the whole of the UK from its base in Bingley and during 2016 helped arrange over £100 million of lending.

Understanding the needs of the buyer and vendor has always been key to the service Andrew and his team offer and they work closely with a large number of the regions Estate Agents and developers.

Andrew Kempston-Parkes, is a well respected local Chartered Surveyor, but outside of work, life is filled with his 9 and 11 year old boys, his Civil Partner, also called Andrew and their new puppy, Lilly (a Black Labrador).

Andrew is a member of St Peters Church in Harrogate, is involved in Local Politics and has a certificate in Irish Whisky Drinking.

Nick has over 15 years’ experience of residential property experience dealing with sales, purchases, residential development and investment portfolio finance work.

A large percentage of Nick’s work comes from referrals and word of mouth which speaks for the quality of the service offered.

In his spare time Nick loves spending time with his two young children (and his wife!), playing cricket and watching sport.

I love nothing more than capturing amazing spaces and structures on camera – especially when they’ve been designed to biophilic principles, with sustainability at their core. In showcasing these innovative buildings, both old and new, in pictures, I hope to inspire many more.
